Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. What we collect

If you create an account: full name, username, email address, and a hashed password. If you contact us: whatever you include in your message. Standard technical data on every visit: IP address, browser/device info, and pages viewed.

2. Payment data

When you pay for membership, Stripe or PayPal collect your card or account details directly — those details never pass through our servers. We store only the transaction reference, amount, currency, and the email address you paid with, so we can activate membership on the matching account.

3. What tools do with your input

Text or URLs you submit to a tool (e.g. an article to rewrite, a domain to check) are sent to that tool's processing logic to generate your result and are not stored beyond what's needed to display it back to you, unless a specific tool says otherwise on its own page.

4. Cookies & advertising

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Non-members see ads served by Google AdSense/Ads, which may use cookies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Paid members see no ads and are not served ad-network cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.

5. Who we share data with

  • Stripe and PayPal — to process membership payments.
  • Google — for site analytics and, for non-members, ad serving.
  • Our email/hosting provider — to send account and transaction emails and host the site.

We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

6. How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment transaction references are kept for 6 years for accounting and dispute purposes, in line with UK financial record-keeping requirements, even after an account is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting info@rankwisetools.com. Deleting your account does not automatically erase a completed membership payment record, which we're required to keep for accounting purposes (see Section 6). If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
